4. Purchasing books directly from us:
You may place an order by mail, email, phone or fax and pay by cheque or credit card online through PayPal. We will send you an invoice with the total cost, and ship your order out as soon as your payment clears. Canadian cheques take a few days to clear, and foreign cheques take a few weeks. Canadian residents add 5% GST. No tax to foreign destinations.

Shipping: Regular airmail by Canada Post: 2 to 4 business days within Canada, 8 to 16 days to US, and 2 to 3 weeks to international.

2) U.S. Shipping Rates - $7.99, and $2.50 per additional item

4) Southeast Asia - $10.99, and $6.99 per additional item
Paperback editions cost 50% less.

Return Policy: If you are not completely delighted with our books, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive them. You shall receive a full refund of the purchased price (excluding postage) provided the books returned are in original condition. If a book is damaged during shipping to you, simply return it to us with the original packaging within 7 days of the purchase and we will either replace it with a new copy at no extra shipping cost to you, or refund the purchase price (excluding postage), whichever you prefer.
